Courtney Fingar is editor of fDi (Foreign Direct Investment) magazine, the premier publication for the business of globalisation. She joined the Financial Times Group in November 2004, having previously served as editor of the Trade & Fortaiting Review, focusing on trade, export and commodities finance. She has also worked for the National Journal Group's online environmental news service as a writer and for Trade Communications International as an editor and reporter for Global Business magazine. Ms. Fingar has a BA in journalism from the University of Alabama in the United States and an MSc in International and European Politics, with a special focus on political economy and trade issues, from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
