Dennis Seal has over 37 years experience in construction as developer, contractor, consultant and client.  Including 24 years experience in the delivery of affordable housing utilising all types of tenure and funding solutions.

Dennis has been involved the delivery of large scale estate regeneration, mixed tenure and mixed use schemes, volume bids and frameworks, off-site manufacturing, PFI/PPP projects for housing, education and health, asset management, community led projects and stock transfers.

He has a commercial and project management background combined with development skills which have resulted in the successful delivery of some of London and the South East4s most innovative projects
